Refund policy

Warranty:

 

• Brand new devices include a 12 month warranty.

• Certified pre-owned devices include a 3 month warranty.

• Screen and battery replacements include a 3 month warranty.

 

Warranty does not cover:

 

• Physical damage

• Water damage

• Damage caused by negligence

• Damage caused by third-party repairs

 

Returns:

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product. The device must be returned in the same condition with all accessories included.

If a device has been opened, damaged, or repaired by a third party after purchase, the warranty becomes void.
