A: Yes. Certified pre-owned devices come with a 3 month warranty. Brand new devices come with a 1 year warranty.

A: Yes. We offer free nationwide delivery using reliable courier services. Delivery usually takes 1–3 working days.

Q: Where are you located?

A: Our business operates in South Africa and we deliver nationwide.

Q: Do you sell Android phones?

A: We currently specialise in Apple iPhones only.

Q: Do you offer repairs?

A: Yes, we offer screen replacements and battery replacements for iPhones.

Q: Can I return my phone if I’m not happy?

A: Yes. We offer a 7-day return policy if the device is returned in the same condition with all accessories.

Q: Do you offer contracts or trade-ins?
